    – Weekly S&C workouts designed for runners, focusing on strength, mobility, balance and coordination.
    – Live “Ask the Coach” sessions every week: put your running questions to the coach

    As a club member, you will have the opportunity to ask experienced coach Martin Hulbert any questions you like about your running on a weekly basis, either in advance or on the night.

    This is a great way to learn more about your running and benefit from advice you can trust without the full commitment of coaching – you can watch them live or play back at any time convenient to you.
    Members also have access to short coaching talk videos and topic based webinars – previous webinars have included: nutrition for runners / training for a marathon / faster 5k and 10k running / trail running / marathon tapering and race day.
